Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Early Time Coffee. We value your satisfaction, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or request a refund under the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and seals intact. 
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided. 
  • Perishable goods, opened consumables (if applicable), or items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return & Refund Process

  1. To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@earlytimecoffee.com or form link within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or faulty. 
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund or exchange is approved.

3. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used in the purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (or sooner if your payment provider allows).
  • If you prefer, and we agree, we may offer store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a description and photos of the issue. Upon verification, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

5. Exclusions & Non-returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
  • Consumables that have been opened or used (unless damaged on arrival).
  • Items marked non-returnable or “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
